Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CheekPeak website and subscription service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Subscription Service
CheekPeak offers monthly subscription plans that include delivery of one exclusive boxer design per month. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
3. Pricing and Billing
Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. You will be charged on the same calendar day each month. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will receive the current month's boxer and will not be charged again after cancellation.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of underwear, we do not accept returns of used items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@cheekpeak.com within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no charge.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, trademarks, and brand elements associated with CheekPeak are owned by CheekPeak and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
CheekPeak is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the value of the subscription month in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Portuguese courts, specifically in Lisbon.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
